Practices:  For those not in other sports (or for those who can make it), we’re holding practices once a week, with an occasional 7 on 7 Saturdays.  Please check our website and calendar for those dates and times.

Spring Football:  All 2016 Football players MUST participate in Spring Football.  Spring Football begins Thursday May 12th and goes Mon-Fri from 3:30-5:30pm.  Our “Red and Black” game will be on Friday June 3rd.

Passing at Redondo- May 5th at 4:30pm (Varsity Only)

FCA Passing Tournament and Linemen Competition– This is for Varsity players only and is set for Saturday June 11th.  Location and Times to be determined.

Summer Football:  Our THAA Summer Football Camp begins Monday June 13th.  Varsity and JV meet Mon-Friday from 3:00-5:30pm.  Please see our website for dates, times, and other details.

What are you expected to do NOW?  You are expected to do your best in all academic studies, make good decisions on campus and in your community, and YOU MUST BE ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN WEIGHT TRAINING.  Whether you are presently in another sport or not, you are expected to lift weights.  Please see me if this is a concern, or for work-out suggestions.

Training with a “Professional”:  Please check with me if you are presently training with off-campus trainers/sport specialists.  We want to make sure you are not over-training, making you susceptible to injury.  We also want to make sure that what you are learning relates to how WE- THE SEA KINGS- do it.

Speed and Agility Training is a great supplement to our training.
