PV Football Ad Form and Info

We hope you will support Palos Verdes High School Football by purchasing an ad in the 2025 Football Program! Our program a high-quality color program with advertisements from businesses, families, and other supporters in the community. Each edition (3) is a keepsake featuring new game photographs, a new cover, and a business directory.

Guidelines:

• Business card size ads – please submit actual business card for best results in the program.
• Ads must be laid out and submitted in the final print size purchased, with minimum 300 DPI (photos and final submission).

Tips for the Highest Quality Ad:

• The best programs to create your ad are: Adobe Illustrator or programs similar to Picasa (a free tool from Google).
• To check the quality, zoom to 400% prior to submitting.
• Avoid using PowerPoint, free programs to create a pdf, and free fonts downloaded from the internet. (The quality is lost.)
• If using Microsoft Word, we cannot guarantee the original font will be preserved.
• Be sure photos are a minimum of 300 DPI.

Submission:

• Acceptable email formats are: Adobe pdf and JPEG, both with a high-resolution minimum 300 DPI. When emailing your ad, please be sure not to reduce the file size because the quality is diminished.
• Hard Copy ad printed with a minimum 300 DPI.
• Ads on a flash drive are accepted (please submit a hard copy of the ad for reference).

Banner Ad Form

Support the PVHS football program and your athlete and/or boost visibility for your business by purchasing a banner. All banners will be displayed in our stadium during all home games, earning recognition by the community. Please see examples below. Thank you for your support!

• Create your banner using programs such as: Adobe Illustrator or Picasa (a free tool from Google).
• To ensure your banner looks good at a large size, zoom to 400% prior to submitting.
• Please refrain from using PowerPoint, free programs to create a pdf, and free fonts downloaded from the internet, as they may compromise the quality of your banner.
• If you use Microsoft Word, we cannot guarantee the original font will be preserved.
• Use photos with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
• Submit high-resolution artwork via PDF, EPS or JPEG formats – dimensions of 60” X 36”.
• Don’t reduce the file size when emailing your artwork because the quality is diminished.

Airtime Sponsorship Form

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
Only two airtime sponsors per Varsity home game. Each sponsor will receive multiple announcements during the game (quarters, halftime, timeouts, etc.) as determined by the announcer.

• Single Game Sponsor – $500
• Full-Season Sponsor (All 6 Home Games) – $2500
• Single Game Sponsor IF a Program Ad or Banner is also purchased – $400
  Note: program ad must be ½ page minimum

Following are the Varsity home games for the 2025 regular season: Aiea High School – Hawaii (8/29), Carson High School (9/5), Edison High School (9/12), Banning High School (9/19), Culver City High School (10/3), and Inglewood High School (10/24).
