PV Football Ad Form and Info

We hope you will support Palos Verdes High School Football, Cheer, Song, and Band by purchasing an ad in the 2019 Football Program. The new Edition will be a high quality color program with advertisements from business and families that support Palos Verdes High School Football. Each edition is a keepsake featuring new game photographs, new cover and a business directory.

Guidelines 

• Business card size ads – please submit actual business card for best results in the program.
• Ads must be laid out and submitted in the final print size purchased with minimum 300 DPI (photos and final submission).

Tips for the highest quality ad

• The best programs to create your ad are with programs like: Adobe Illustrator or programs similar to Picasa (which is free from Google)
• To check the quality, zoom to 400% prior to submitting.
• Avoid using Power Point, free programs to create a pdf, and free fonts downloaded from the internet. (the quality is lost)
• If using Microsoft Word we cannot guarantee the font will remain the original. Be sure photos are a min. of 300 DPI.
• Take advantage of the local businesses like: Moto Foto, 893 Silver Spur Road, Rolling Hills Estates (Next to Noah’s Bagels & Bristol Farms) they will assist in ad layouts for a very reasonable price if you bring your basic layout, and photos.

Submission

• Emailed formats accepted are: Adobe PDF and JPEG, both with a high resolution minimum 300 DPI.
• Hard Copy ads are printed with a minimum 300 DPI.
• Ad on a CD, DVD or flash drive are accepted (please submit a hard copy of the ad for reference.
• When emailing your ad please be sure not to reduce the file size because the quality is diminished.
• Make checks payable to “PVHS ASB”** with “football program” noted on the memo area of the check.
